Available Treatment Sessions
When we listen to the body’s wisdom with curiosity and compassion, it can often present us with clarity about
the source of what is showing up as pain and restriction, whether it be physical, mental, or emotional.
The restorative practices I offer assist you in resolving tension and pain as I meet your body where it is and
follow its cues. Based on a short conversation before your treatment, we will design your session type to
best address your needs.
Sessions are 60, 75, and 90 minutes in length.
Session Types
CranioSacral Therapy (CST)
Gentle and slow, hands-on therapy without massage oil or cream. You will be lying face-up on the massage table, fully dressed. I assist your body in releasing physical and sometimes mental and emotional tension by following your craniosacral rhythm, finding subtle blocks and imbalances, and offering gentle supportive presence for your skeletal system and soft tissue. CranioSacral therapy sessions assist the nervous system in naturally returning to a more balanced, aligned, and steady state. This can feel deeply relaxing and/or uplifting both mentally and physically as the body’s self-healing mechanisms naturally resolve pain and restrictions.
Massage Therapy
Traditional full-body or focused massage treatment customized to address acute or chronic pain, tightness, and limited range of motion. Deeper pressure is applied to release physical restrictions and pain to enhance overall circulation and ease of movement.
Blended Sessions
These sessions typically begin with massage to a focused area. Massage is intended to relieve tight, tense muscle tissue and soften the body for deeper overall receptivity as we transition the session to CranioSacral Therapy.
Guided Present Awareness
Restorative Soulful Practices / Individual or Group Sessions
This is your time to soften the grip of your thoughts, create some free space in the mind, and listen and share from a more relaxed present place. Our minds can get cluttered with information and “to-do’s” in life. The fast-paced lifestyles we’ve normalized can create chronic stress in the form of impatience, self-criticism, lack of clarity, and restlessness.
What these sessions look like:
Conversations and perspectives on living our lives. Guided meditation, movement-based or in stillness. Nature walks and circles. Laughter. Contemplation. Integration.
Making space for restorative practices like these can decrease stress, increase motivation and confidence, improve concentration and focus, and increase a sense of joy, peace, and calm.
