Available Treatment Sessions
Please review the available treatments below to determine what is best for you right now. We’re constantly adjusting to and compensating from stressors in our lives, whether real or imagined (i.e., overthinking, what if’s, should’ves). What you need to reset and revitalize can shift daily and weekly depending on many variables. Work and family schedules, an illness in the family or one you personally are managing, exercise and hydration routines, and sleep hygiene are a few examples of what can cause imbalances, irritability, and pain, both physically and mentally/emotionally.
There are times when greater positive change occurs from combining several different treatments. When I give or receive a treatment session, I experience first-hand how powerful combining modalities can be. Based on a short conversation before your treatment, we will design your session to best address your bodywork and/or meditation needs.
Session Types
Massage Therapy
Traditional full-body or focused massage treatment customized to address acute or chronic pain, tightness, and limited range of motion. Deeper pressure is applied to release physical restrictions and enhance overall circulation and ease of movement.
Craniosacral Therapy
Gentle, slow hands on therapy. You will be lying face-up on the massage table, fully dressed. I assist your body in releasing physical and sometimes mental restrictions by following your craniosacral rhythm, finding subtle blocks and imbalances, and offering gentle adjustments to your skeletal system and soft tissue. Craniosacral therapy sessions can induce a deep relaxing effect to the mind, ease pain, and reset healthy, balanced circulation in the body.

Guided Visualization
and Meditation
This is your time to soften the grip of your thoughts, create some free space in the mind, and listen from a more relaxed present place. Our minds can get cluttered with information and “to-do’s” in life. The fast-paced lifestyles we’ve normalized can create chronic stress in the form of impatience, self-criticism, lack of clarity, and restlessness. Meditation and visualization can decrease stress, increase motivation and confidence, improve concentration and focus, and increase ones sense of joy, peace, and calm.
Stretching
“To-Go”
Increase the benefits gained from your bodywork session. Based on the focused areas addressed in your massage session, I assist you into therapeutic stretches inspired by yoga postures and basic stretching techniques. Regular stretching can enhance overall range of motion, increase circulation, and reduce pain and stiffness from daily repetitive sitting and movements in your work, workouts, and life in general. Stretching feels so good!
Conscious
Breathing
Our bodies automatically breathe for us, but living fast-paced, distracted, and stressed lifestyles can restrict the inflow and outflow of breath, leaving us feeling extra sluggish, foggy-headed, and moody. Conscious breathing helps us to slow down and notice the potential capacity for taking in life and letting go (literally!). Breathing with awareness can increase energy, boost mood, sharpen mental focus, and enhance circulatory and respiratory function.
Appointment Lengths, Pricing, Packages, and Gift Cards
Length of Appointment
You can choose from four appointment lengths:
50, 70, 90, and 120* minutes.
Each appointment is customized to your needs and preferences. You can receive a single service (i.e. massage) or a combination of services (i.e., massage and Craniosacral Therapy) within your selected timeframe.
*During your 120 minute session, you have the option to begin your session with a 10-15 minute intention setting and guided meditation to prepare the body/mind/spirit for receiving.
